With wind-power, straightening machines, test benches, extruders and motorsport are only some of them. Each and every order is of equal relevance for us, even the smallest one – as long as we are able to support the customer appropriately. In the following chain of activities you can see how we accomplish our assignments:

1. Specification stage:

• Review of submitted specifications by means of detailed exchange of technical drawings, data and requests
• Definition of the sensor concept and final specification
  

2. Design stage:

• Construction of mechanical sensor components (shaft, coil carrier, housing / shield for secondary sensor)
• Construction of an application-specific calibration adapter for the test bench
• Construction of application-specific PCME magnetization instruments
• Designing of the application-specific PCME magnetization process
  

3. Manufacturing of sensor components and of sensor system:

• Manufacturing of shaft and mechanics of secondary sensor
• Manufacturing of calibration adapter
• Manufacturing / Optimization of PCME instruments
• Manufacturing / Adjustment of electronics, of software
• PCME Magnetization, optimization of PCME process parameter, installation of the whole system

4. Calibration, test and documentation:

• Calibration with reference sensors
• Functionality tests and optimization
• Qualification according to specification / relevant norms and documentation
