Wind power plant, 90 meters above ground, NCTE inside.
Especially for application in wind power plants, to provide measurement of gearbox output- i.e. generators input capacity, NCTE has developed a diversity-flexible transducer.
This transducer replaces the formerly used couplings installed between gearbox and generator. This ensures quick and simple retrofitting of the existing system.
The modular construction affords a cost effective adjustment to specific mounting dimensions at any time.
The torque transducer operates according to our patented contactless measurement principle. It tolerates high dynamical loads and guaranties maintenance-free operation. Besides we have also integrated measurement of rotational angle, signal conditioning and signal analysis.
